Returns & Credit – (1) If buyer don’t like the item for some reason, and want to return. (2) If you want to exchange with other model. Please contact sales@meijisprayers.com for return/exchange instructions and obtain Return Authorization Number prior to send it back.
Item(s) purchased can only be returned/exchange if:
- Both package and user manual are new condition, NOT damaged, NOT stained, NOT marked with marker pen, ballpoint pen etc.
- Merchandise is in its original packaging.
- Item(s) is(are) NOT used, in new condition, no damaged, no scratches, and are deemed re-sellable by our returns department.
- Items are not advertised as short-term promotional use.
- Items are NOT RED TAG or/and Final Sale promotional sales items.
- Item is returned within 15 days from the original purchase date.
**Please Note: It is buyer’s responsibility to pay shipping fees.
Damaged Goods – Upon receipt of goods, if damage exists, please do the following:
1) Retain the original shipping carton
2) Take several photos of damaged item, package, and shipping carton for evidence.
3) Contact our customer service department at (949)505-9981 to obtain Return Authorization Number, and Return Shipping Label.
We will re-ship your order at no charge once we receive a damaged item(s).
Payment
Credit Card – We accept VISA, Master and American Express Card.
PayPal – Simply select the PayPal payment method during checkout and you will be redirected to PayPal’s website for payment processing.
Sales Tax – Orders shipping to State of California will be charged sales tax in accordance with State of California regulations.
Buyer’s responsibility
It is buyer’s responsibility to obey local/state/federal government’s code/rule/law (Such as EPA https://www.epa.gov/ ) prior to purchase, or/and use our equipment. Buyer must contact these agencies, or consult prior to purchase/use to confirm our equipment is eligible/permitted to use in proposed area.

Seller will collect buyer’s information for receive a payment, and shipping purpose. Seller will share the information with our distributors, UPS, FedEx, but NOT share/sell buyer’s personal information to third party for any reasons.
