SALES TAX

Orders shipping to following states will be charged sales tax in accordance with state regulations:

90-Day Limited Warranty

Our products are warranted to the original buyer to be free from defects in material or
workmanship for a period of ninety days from the date of the original retail purchase.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper installation, alteration,
accident or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. Defects or damage
resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not
cover scratching or damage that may result from normal usage.
This warranty is nontransferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the
defective product. During the warranty period, the manufacturer shall repair or replace
defective parts at no cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges and insurance are not covered
and are the responsibility of the buyer. Labor charges and related expenses for removal,
installation or replacement of the product or components are not covered under this warranty.
The manufacturer and seller reserve the right to make substitutions to warranty claims if parts are
unavailable or obsolete.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for loss of use of the product or other consequential or
incidental costs, expenses or damages incurred by the buyer. The buyer
assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of these products.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including
warranties of merchantability or fitness for use to the extent permitted by Federal or state law.
Neither the manufacturer, seller nor any of its representatives, dealers assume any other liability in
connection with this product.

RETURN POLICY

Returns & Credit – (1) If buyer don’t like the item for some reason, and want to return. (2) If buyer want to exchange with other models, please call customer service at (949)385-3338 for return/exchange instructions and obtain Return Authorization Number prior to send it back.

Item(s) purchased can only be returned/exchange if:

  • The return is packaged and shipped in the original packaging.
  • Package is NOT damaged
  • Merchandise is in its original packaging.
  • Item(s) is(are) NOT used, in new condition, no damaged, and are deemed re-sellable by our returns department.
  • Items are not advertised as short-term promotional use.
  • Items are NOT RED TAG promotional sales items.
  • Item is returned within 15 days from the original purchase date.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will issue a credit, or offer a refund after the inspection. It is customer’s responsibility to pay shipping fees.

CANCELLING/CHANGE ORDERS

Once your order is placed, our systems are designed to ship your products as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stop an order from shipping or make changes once it has entered our system.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

Your order has carefully been packed and thoroughly inspected and we hope that you are pleased with the item(s) you have selected. Please check the packing list immediately against item(s) marked as shipped on front of the packing list. Report any discrepancy or damage to freight carrier/agent that delivered the product to you, and sign only for the material actually delivered. If you noticed concealed damage or loss, save all boxes and packaging material and notify the delivering carrier/agent

1) Retain the original shipping carton

2) Take several photos of damaged item, package, and shipping carton for evidence.

3) Contact our customer service department at (949)505-9981 to obtain Return Authorization Number, and Return Shipping Label.

We will re-ship your order at no charge, and file a claim with the delivery carrier.
